Designs Non-Disclosure Policy
We value the trust you place in us when you choose Fifth Gear International for your custom apparel needs. While we proudly showcase our work on our website, we respect your right to privacy. If you prefer that your designs remain confidential, we can remove them from our portfolio upon your request, provided you qualify as a premium client—defined as those with cumulative orders exceeding $6,000 over three separate orders.
Marketing and Promotion Policy

With your permission, we may highlight your brand name and contact details through various promotional activities to help drive sales for your business. This, in turn, benefits us by fostering long-term collaborations.
Confidentiality
All client records are treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties except for our agents, manufacturers, or suppliers, or if required by law. You have the right to request copies of any records we maintain, provided you give reasonable notice. Rest assured, any information we collect, including digital traces from your interactions with our site, is reviewed internally and then securely discarded.
Shipping and Delivery
We partner with trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, and SkyNet Courier to deliver your orders worldwide. While we facilitate shipping as a convenience to you, please note that delivery timelines can vary, with DHL and FedEx Priority Mail taking 4-5 days and other methods potentially taking longer. As we do not own a shipping company, we cannot guarantee delivery and are not responsible for lost shipments. In the event of a lost shipment, you may need to cover production and shipping costs again if the shipping company does not waive the charges.
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within two days of payment. However, since we produce custom-made products, orders cannot be canceled once this period has passed, regardless of the production stage. If you fail to respond or approve any samples within a month, your order will be automatically canceled, and any payments made will be credited back to you, minus any setup charges incurred.
Delivery Delays
It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact and delivery information. Fifth Gear International is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses or inaccessible locations. Once goods are dispatched, our responsibility ends, and we are not liable for late or lost deliveries.
Refund Policy
We take pride in delivering only the highest quality custom-made products, strictly following the specifications you provide. Once an order is placed or shipped, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized goods. However, you may request changes to your order before the bulk production or shipment. Please note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with these changes.
Fabric Specifications
We offer full customization for all products, but for smaller quantities, we may source readymade fabric that closely matches your specifications. For unique fabric blends, a minimum order of 1,000 pieces is required to ensure 100% accuracy, including a lab test report verifying the fabric’s specifications.
Production Turnaround
Our production turnaround time begins once you approve the order summary, which will be sent to you within 24 hours of payment. Please carefully review the summary, as no changes can be made once it’s forwarded to our production team.
Production Delays
Production times can vary based on communication with your dedicated relationship manager and factors such as fabric availability. While we aim to complete orders within 17 business days, this is only an estimate. We will keep you informed of any delays throughout the process.
Shipment Approval Delays
Once your order is ready for shipment, we will hold it for up to 15 days for your approval. After this period, storage fees of $50 per day will apply. If we do not hear from you within a month, your order may be canceled, and additional storage fees may be required to release the goods. Should you fail to respond within the specified time, we reserve the right to ship the goods without approval, and no responsibility will be taken for any issues with the products.
